The mahogany body and three - piece thin U - shaped mahogany neck offer great comfort. The roasted jatoba fingerboard has inlays and 22 extra - jumbo frets. The ESP Designed LH - 150 pickups produce amazing sounds. Construction details include a 24.75' scale, 350mm fingerboard radius, 42mm nut width, and molded nut. Using your ESP LTD EC - 256FM is easy. First, make sure the guitar is properly tuned using the LTD tuners. Plug it into an amplifier with the appropriate cable. You can adjust the volume and tone using the Vol/Vol/Tone(P/P)/Toggle Switch layout on the guitar. When playing, the set - neck construction allows you to reach the high frets effortlessly. As for maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. Wipe the strings with a clean cloth after each use to remove dirt and sweat. You can also use a light guitar polish on the body and neck to keep them looking good. Avoid exposing the guitar to extreme temperatures and humidity.
