Using your Fender Player II Telecaster is a breeze. First, tune it up using the ClassicGear™ tuning machines. Just turn the knobs until you get the right pitch. The 3-way blade switch is your tone control center. Flip it to position 1 for the bridge pickup's sharp twang, position 2 to blend both pickups for a fuller sound, and position 3 for the smooth neck pickup chime. Adjust the master volume and tone knobs to fine - tune your sound. When you're done playing, always store your guitar in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or in a very humid environment as this can damage the wood and the finish. Regularly clean the strings with a soft cloth to keep them sounding good. You can also use a guitar polish to keep the body looking shiny. And every now and then, check the truss rod adjustment to make sure the neck is in good shape. Just use a 3/16' hex wrench for the adjustment if needed. Have fun playing your Fender!
