Using this Fender Squier Jazzmaster guitar is a breeze. First, tune it up using the vintage - style tuning machines. You can use the slide switch to choose between the lead and rhythm circuits. In the lead circuit, you can adjust the neck and bridge volumes and the master tone. In the rhythm circuit, use the thumbwheel controls for the neck pickup volume and tone. When you play, the slim 'C' - shaped neck and the 9.5” - radius fingerboard make it easy to move your fingers around. For some cool effects, use the vintage - style tremolo system. Just be careful when using the tremolo not to over - bend the strings. As for maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. Wipe down the strings after each use to keep them clean and in good condition. And occasionally, check the tuning machines and the bridge to make sure they're tight and working properly.
