Product Detail
The Jackson JS Series guitars are a great deal. They're fast, reliable, and budget - friendly, offering classic Jackson tone, style, and playability without costing a fortune. The JS Series Dinky™ JS12 has a poplar body and a bolt - on maple speed neck with graphite for stability. Its 12” - radius amaranth fingerboard has 24 jumbo frets and white dot inlays. The flat radius makes chording easy, suits rhythm playing well, and is great for lead bends. Two Jackson high - output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets produce clear, full - bodied tones. You can shape the sound with a three - way toggle switch and single volume and tone controls. The JS12 comes with all - black hardware, including a synchronized fulcrum tremolo bridge, die - cast tuners, and standard strap buttons. It's available in four finishes: Gloss Black, Metallic Blue, Metallic Red, and Snow White.
Using your Jackson JS Series JS12 Dinky Electric Guitar is easy. First, make sure your guitar is in tune using the Jackson® Sealed Die - Cast tuning machines. Plug it into an amplifier and use the three - way toggle switch to select different pickup combinations. The volume and tone controls let you adjust the sound to your liking. For rhythm playing, take advantage of the flat fingerboard radius for easy chording. When doing lead playing, you can smoothly execute bends. When it comes to maintenance, keep your guitar clean. Wipe it down with a soft cloth after each use to remove fingerprints and dust. Check the strings regularly. If they start to sound dull or break easily, replace them with new nickel - plated steel strings (.009 -.042 gauges). Make sure to store your guitar in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. If you need to adjust the truss rod, use the included truss rod wrench carefully and make small adjustments.
