The Little Martin is our smallest guitar, but it packs a big punch in terms of tone, quality, and versatility. The LX1E acoustic-electric model features a solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides, and a warm satin finish. It's perfect for traveling, student practice, or just playing around the house or by the campfire. Specifications include a mortise/tenon neck joint, modified 0-14 fret body size, and much more. It comes with a padded gig bag and Fishman Sonitone electronics.
Using your Martin LX1E guitar is easy. First, tune it up using the chrome tuning machines with small buttons. You can use the recommended Martin SP Lifespan Phosphor Bronze Medium Gauge strings. When you're ready to play, strum or pick the strings to create beautiful music. Whether you're at home, on a trip, or at a campfire, this guitar is your great companion. For maintenance, keep it in a dry place. After playing, wipe it gently with a soft cloth to remove fingerprints and dirt. When not in use, store it in the padded gig bag that comes with it. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity as this can damage the wood and electronics. Also, check the tuning regularly and replace the strings when they start to sound dull.
