D'Addario Reed Guards are a trendy and practical way to safeguard your reeds. Ideal for students, educators, and artists, these reed guards offer an affordable and convenient storage option. The soft elastomer cover firmly yet gently holds various clarinet and saxophone reeds. Available in six vibrant colors - black, red, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Each guard can hold four reeds. There are two sizes available: Small for Bb Clarinet, Soprano & Alto Saxophones, and Large for Bass Clarinet, Tenor & Baritone Saxophones. The grooved surfaces stop reeds from warping. Using your D'Addario Reed Guard is super easy. Just open the soft elastomer cover and place up to four clarinet or saxophone reeds inside. Make sure the reeds fit snugly so they stay in place. When it comes to color, pick the one that you like best. For size, choose small if you have a Bb clarinet, soprano, or alto saxophone, and large if you have a bass clarinet, tenor, or baritone saxophone. As for maintenance, keep the reed guard clean. You can gently wipe it with a soft cloth every now and then. Also, avoid leaving it in extremely hot or cold places as this might affect the elastomer cover. And always check your reeds regularly to ensure they are in good condition while stored in the guard.
