Looking to transform the appearance of your Fender instrument? Replacing the pickguard is the simplest way! This three - ply pickguard is a perfect fit for HSS Stratocaster models. It works with a wide range of series including most American, American Standard, Hot Rod, American Deluxe, Lonestar, Fat Strat®, Standard, Deluxe and Classic Series '70s models. Please note, the pickguard has three mounting - screw holes for the humbucking bridge pickup. You may need to make some minor modifications for proper installation. Mounting hardware is not included. Using this pickguard is easy. First, take off the old pickguard from your Fender HSS Stratocaster. Then, place the new tortoise - shell pickguard in its position. Remember, it has three mounting - screw holes for the humbucking bridge pickup, and you might need to adjust it a bit for a perfect fit. Since the mounting hardware isn't included, make sure you have the right screws. As for maintenance, keep it clean by using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they could damage the pickguard's finish. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent warping or cracking.
