Voice 2 offers a crisp, clean, and fluid tone without the thin and plinky sound. The Modern Humbucker Ceramic features a cutting ceramic attack. It combines brutal active aggression and passive punch in one guitar. It's also suitable for both positions and commonly paired with an alnico neck. Its voicings are: Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output) gives an ideal active ceramic humbucker tone - crisp, searing crunch, tight bass without mud, and a growl. Voice 2 (Modern Passive Attack) offers an organic, high - output, passive ceramic tone with superb distortion characteristics and great Fluence dynamics. These Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups are multi - voice. You can set them and forget them or wire them to toggle between two musically complementary voices. They can be dropped right in to replace standard humbucker pickups and are rechargeable on your guitar. An optional lithium - ion battery pack provides weeks of playing time instead of hours.
Using these Fishman Fluence pickups is easy. First, drop them right into your guitar to replace the standard humbucker pickups. You can choose to set the voice you like and leave it that way, or wire them up so you can switch between the two voices whenever you want. When it comes to power, these pickups are rechargeable on your guitar. Just use the optional lithium - ion battery pack, and you'll get weeks of playing time. As for maintenance, keep your guitar and pickups clean. Wipe them gently with a soft cloth after use to remove any dust or sweat. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or moisture as this could damage the pickups. If you notice any issues with the sound or the rechargeability, it might be a good idea to have a professional guitar technician check them out.
