Product Detail

Get Paul's favorite features right in your hands! The SE Paul’s Guitar is a masterpiece of design, engineering, and teamwork. It brings a lot of 'PRS' essence, starting with its amazing tone and versatility. The TCI 'S' treble and bass pickups produce a pure, vintage sound. With two mini - toggle switches between the volume and tone knobs, you can coil tap both pickups independently for eight pickup combinations. The PRS stoptail bridge, with brass inserts, is the same as on the Core Paul's Guitar. Jack Higginbotham, COO of PRS Guitars, says this guitar offers great value to players. It has PRS Stoptail with Brass Inserts for better resonance, vintage - style tuners to promote resonance, and PRS TCI 'S' pickups with versatile tones. The body has a solid construction with a maple top, flame maple veneer, and mahogany back. The neck has 22 frets, a 25' scale length, and a wide - fat shape. The fretboard is rosewood with bird inlays. The neck/body assembly is a set type. The hardware includes a PRS Stoptail bridge, vintage - style tuners, and nickel - type hardware. The electronics have TCI 'S' pickups and volume, tone controls with a 3 - way toggle and two mini - toggle coil - tap switches. PLU: PGCH

Using this Paul Reed Smith electric guitar is a breeze. When you first get it, make sure to tune it up using the vintage - style tuners. Start strumming and experiment with the different pickup combinations using the 3 - way toggle switch and the two mini - toggle coil - tap switches. You'll notice the rich, vintage sound right away. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the body, neck, and fretboard regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they can damage the finish. When it comes to storing, keep it in the included gig bag to protect it from dust and scratches. If you're not going to play it for a long time, loosen the strings a bit to relieve the tension on the neck. And don't forget to check the tuning before each play session to keep it sounding its best.
