Jackson’s JS Series Concert™ Bass models offer seismic sound, stylish looks, and great affordability. The four-string Concert Bass JS3Q, with a 34”-scale, features a lightweight and resonant poplar body topped with a beautiful quilt maple. It has a fully bound bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement and a scarf joint, along with a 12”-16” compound radius amaranth fingerboard sporting 24 jumbo frets and classic pearloid sharkfin inlays. Dual Jackson high-output humbucking bass pickups deliver a monstrous low-end growl, and the HiMass™ bridge ensures rock-solid stability. You can shape and refine the tone using a pair of volume controls for the neck and bridge pickups, plus an active three-band EQ. Using your Jackson JS Series JS3Q Concert Bass is easy. First, make sure it's properly tuned using the Jackson® Sealed Die - Cast tuning machines. You can adjust the volume of the neck and bridge pickups separately with the volume controls, and use the active 3 - band EQ to shape the bass, middle, and treble tones according to your preference. When playing, hold the bass by the strap attached to the standard strap buttons. To keep it in good condition, after each use, wipe the strings with a clean cloth to remove sweat and dirt. This helps prevent corrosion and keeps the strings sounding good. Check the truss rod regularly. You can adjust it at the nut if needed to keep the neck in the right shape. Store the bass in a dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity. Avoid dropping or hitting the bass as it may damage the body, neck, or hardware. With proper care, your Jackson bass will serve you well for a long time.
