The American Acoustasonic™ Stratocaster® is a revolutionary guitar from Fender, a brand known for innovation. Powered by the Fender and Fishman®-designed Acoustic Engine, it offers true inspiration. This highly versatile guitar can shift from acoustic to electric rhythm tones, creating a new sound experience. It's made in the US and comes in a 3-Color Sunburst finish. The body is made of mahogany with a polyester satin matte finish and a modified Stratocaster® shape. The neck, also of mahogany, has a satin urethane finish and a modern 'Deep C' shape. With a 25.5' (648 mm) scale length, an ebony fingerboard, 22 frets, and a Graph Tech® TUSQ® string nut, it's designed for great playability. Controls include a master volume, 'Mod' knob, and 5-way switch. The modern asymmetrical bridge and chrome hardware finish add to its appeal. Using your Fender Acoustasonic Stratocaster is easy. First, tune the guitar using the Fender® Standard Cast/Sealed Staggered tuning machines. Then, adjust the master volume and 'Mod' knob to get the sound you like. You can switch between different tones with the 5-way switch. When not in use, keep it in the included gig bag to protect it from dust and scratches. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the body and strings. Avoid exposing the guitar to extreme temperatures or humidity as it can damage the wood and electronics. If you need to adjust the truss rod, use the 1/8' hex (Allen) wrench carefully. Regularly check the strings for wear and replace them when necessary for the best sound.
